In this episode of True Self Manifestation, host Angel Minuto dives deep into how perfectionism can become a major block to your manifestations. While perfectionism might seem like a protective shield against failure and rejection, it often creates burnout, frustration, and a sense of inadequacy. Angel explores the Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, where perfectionism is viewed as a protective part of us, doing its best to help but inadvertently stifling growth and creativity.
Angel shares an 8-step guide to help listeners loosen perfectionism’s grip and create space for authenticity and alignment with their True Self. These steps include recognizing and soothing the perfectionist part, practicing self-compassion, setting realistic goals, embracing imperfection, celebrating progress, and reframing mistakes as opportunities for growth. Listeners are encouraged to build trust with their internal parts, allowing their True Self to lead and invite abundance and flow into their lives.
